1. Using Gofarely
These terms apply to the Gofarely app and gofarely.in, operated by Gofarely. Use the service only if you are at least 18 and eligible to use the accounts and ride services you connect. By using Gofarely, you agree to these terms.
Gofarely provides comparison and an interface to supported providers. Gofarely does not operate vehicles, employ the drivers shown, or provide transportation. A ride is supplied by the selected provider and driver under that provider’s terms.
2. Your linked accounts
Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to use. Keep your device and provider accounts secure and provide accurate route and booking details. The provider may require authentication or verification, and may change or restrict access to its services.
You are responsible for actions you confirm through your linked accounts. Do not use Gofarely for fraudulent bookings, automated abuse, unauthorised access or unlawful activity.
3. Fares and availability
Fares and pickup times reflect information available at the time of comparison and may change before or during booking. Availability, offers, tolls, waiting charges, taxes, route changes and cancellation charges are determined by the ride provider. We do not guarantee a particular fare, a driver, a pickup time, or that every available ride option is displayed.
Check the provider’s current fare and booking terms before confirming. Website previews contain illustrative prices and do not constitute a quote.
4. Bookings, payments and cancellations
Submitting a booking request can create a real ride with the selected provider. Payment methods, receipts, cancellations, refunds and disputes are governed by that provider. Gofarely does not provide a separate payment checkout.
Use the in-app cancellation controls or the official provider app to cancel and verify the provider’s confirmation. Clearing a local active-ride record, logging out, clearing data or uninstalling Gofarely does not cancel a ride. If status is uncertain, check directly with the provider before booking again.
5. Service availability
Gofarely depends on third-party services and network availability. Features may change, be interrupted or become unavailable when a provider changes its service. We may update or discontinue features, and may restrict misuse.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free information. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Privacy and intellectual property
Our Privacy policy explains the processing of personal information. Our branding, design and original content belong to Gofarely or their respective licensors. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. Their appearance does not imply a partnership or endorsement.
7. Updates and support
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The date above shows the current version. For questions about Gofarely, contact support@gofarely.in. For transport emergencies, urgent ride problems or payment disputes, contact the provider or local emergency services as appropriate.
